Posting Principles
Posts that do not follow these Principles should be reported.
Failure to follow these Principles may result in suspensions from posting, pending review

1. Proposal-Only Topics: New threads are strictly for proposing regulation changes. No general discussion.
2. Universal Application: Proposals must be for everyone. No marginalizing individuals or groups.
3. The Dept Head Exception: People have the absolute power to direct, hire, and fire Department Heads.
4. Reply = Correction: Every reply must be a direct statement of correction to the post above it.
5. The Reference Loop: All statements require references; all references must support the statement.
6. No Fluff: No compliments, no hate, no opinions, no "chatting." Professional, technical language only.
7. Prop or Ignore: If it is valuable, Prop (↑). If it is not, ignore it. No downvoting. No arguing.
8. Single Identity: One account per human. No bots, no duplicates.
9. Fluid Proxy: Your vote defaults to the 3 nearest voting users of your profile, unless you vote manually.
10. The 2:1 Override: A reply with twice the unique props of the proposal freezes the proposal until adopted.
